  Rude owner. Poor customer service.
  The accomodation is basic and old, but none of that would matter with happy and grateful owners.
  Family room spacious. Bathroom small but good enough. Microwave a bonus. Budget accomodation. Need to wash pillow cases on hotter wash or replace pillows as they had dead skin smell.
  But my complaint would be the RUDE and unhelpful female owner Rosemary. When asked about the radiator heater or not working overnight her rude respond was, "use the other one, if it's noisy, turn it down". I told her I had and had to turn it off overnight, only to wake up with the room being 12C, she said well I don't know how to fix it just use the other one. Shocked, I left and worked it out myself as it was on a timer. Later, her conscious must have gotten the better of her, she came over to check and then told me very rudely that I can't move the bed that's on wheels. My daughter moved it to sleep next to our bed instead of under the window. She said it wares out the wheels.
  Although I had rebooked for the following year, I cancelled the booking and I'm happy to never cross paths again.
